  We reserved a cotton candy machine. We double checked with the store rep 5 times that they had everything good. We go to pick it up... There's none available and we are reserved for an sno cone machine. Staff says, "Sorry, this happens all the time. Our reservation book is really confusing so only a manager is supposed to make reservations. The manager probably didn't want to do it or was too busy and gave it to a regular employee and she messed it up. So do you want a sno cone machine?" Um no, I want the cotton candy machine I reserved. The one I've already have the sugar, cones and bags for. The machine I need for the party I have been hired for that starts in 1 hour. The machine we reserved and double checked the reservation for. So I ended up having to drive and extra 80 miles to pick up and return a machine somewhere else and was later than planned. And the store does nothing and is not at all responsible for their mistake. Apparently this happens "all the time". You have been warned.
