  I love WinCo! The prices are awesome and the WinCo brands are just like the brand name products. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Lorrie is my favorite graveyard cashier at the WinCo in West Valley on 5600 West. She's always conversing with customers and is just pleasant to interact with.

  I just wasted my lunch hour shopping there!! Because they don't except "credit" as a form of payment. They should put up a big sign expressing this. If I would have known I wouldn't have wasted my time. I seen a few signs stating, "we don't except checks". Is it to hard to put credit on there to?! Because I was there to get lunch plus other things I stopped at the maverick next to it and the teller told me that I'm not the only person to complain. The teller expressed she gets complaints daily. She also expressed she has expressed these complaints to the staff and nothing has been done. The bottom line is time is money. I really don't care they don't except credit. But what upsets me is the fact they don't do anything to inform their guests before they waste their time shopping. So not only have I wasted one hour shopping I also need to spend another hour somewhere else to get what I need. That is poor business practice.
