  Unfortunately I've had a poor experience with this store which is not representative of my experiences with GameStop as a whole. Other stores nearby have been fantastic. Firstly, a game that I pre-ordered was sold to me as a regular game, and the pre-order on my account sat there as "not picked up". This store does not answer the phone - this was told to me by another store and confirmed when I called them 6 times over a 1-hour period and not one was answered. This was at 4pm on a Tuesday so I can't imagine it was a crazy rush, particularly given the two times I've gone in at the same time it's been empty. Lastly, when I went in to cancel the pre-order (another store was able to provide me a backup pre-order dlc code), one staff member was sitting on the floor going through boxes, and the other working on a cash register. The guy on the floor just looked up and asked "what's up?", which wasn't really the level of professionalism I expect when I come into a store and stand at the register. This isn't a reflection on the company as a whole - I cancelled that pre order and another upcoming one and went to the other nearby store where the staff were infinitely more helpful and professional.

  The guys that work at this GameStop are so chill and willing to help. We needed help with our VR head gear and tried the one closest to us and that guy wouldn't even listen to us or let us talk but the guys here was more than happy to help us out.
